The Soul-Led Life

< BLOG

What is your soul’s work in this lifetime?

We are here to experience deeply and truly our human condition, to accomplish marvellous things, no matter how big or small. We are here to face challenges with as much virtue as we can manage.

We are here to see both the forest and the trees: to be immersed in the experience of being physical and vulnerable, while planted in the knowledge of being vast and immortal.

We are here to be moved, to be touched by the world, by the people, rocks, trees, rivers, to respond to it in ways true to our deepest selves, to our souls.

There is no room then for pettiness, for derision, for feeling greater, or lesser than another.

We are all human and fragile. We are all souls and magnificent.

Katherine Genet is the author of the Wilde Grove mythic/visionary fiction series, as well as complementary non-fiction. She has been walking a pagan path for 30 years and is a shamanic Druid, spirit worker, and priestess of  Elen of the Ways.

Yes, we are all human and fragile. It seems that this last 3yrs has been one challenge after another, but, as the saying goes ‘This day too shall pass’.
Thank you for your beautiful writings Katherine. ???? x

Being human in this world comes with a lot of trials and discomfort. But the world still holds so much beauty, and as you say – this too shall pass.

Since reading your books I feel that there is a place, a path, I should have seen but was too busy looking out for everyone close to me. I will be 60 in June, a young 60,still willing and able to learn and you are a big part of that, thank you for all you do Katherine, love and blessings to you and yours ❤️

It is a real bless to know why are we here; it is a real bless to have a clear
conscience of what we came here to do, to be, to learn. And your words bless us all with light. Thank you Kate, thank you Valerie, thank you both for being there.
