How will my ebooks be delivered?
Your ebook is delivered immediately upon purchase via an email from BookFunnel. If you can’t find it within 10 minutes, check your spam folder, or in Gmail, your promotions folder.
This email will have directions in it for you to download your book and put it on whichever device is your preferred for reading.
The email will be delivered to the address you used at checkout. If you have a BookFunnel library already, remember to use that email.

Your BookFunnel Library, where all your purchased books from us and any other author using BookFunnel are stored, can be found by logging into BookFunnel with the email you used to purchase/download your books, and you will find your library here:
How will I read my ebooks?
eBooks are delivered using Kindle and ePub files, and can be read on Kindle, Nook, Kobo, iPhone, Android, and pretty much any other modern device. You can also read them in your browser, or via the BookFunnel app!

What about audiobooks?
Our audiobooks are also delivered by BookFunnel, and in the same way. They can be downloaded to your device or computer, or listened to directly from your BookFunnel Library app.
How do I get my print book?
We use print-on-demand, which means that a book is printed only when it is ordered, and it is shipped to you from the printer nearest to where you live.
Books are usually printed in 3-5 working days, and shipping can take up to 1-2 weeks, depending on where you live. Most of our printer’s shipping methods use tracking, but be aware that some don’t – particularly those in Australia.
We update our printers as and when we can, as new and better options are developed.
Can I get a signed book?
Katherine is unable to send signed books except to readers in Aotearoa New Zealand, as and when she has stock. This is because of high shipping costs.
Instead of a signed book, Katherine has a card with a blessing printed on it that she posts from her home instead. It is available in the shop for the small postage cost only.
Can I still buy your books on places like Amazon?
All the books in the main series are available on stores such as Amazon, Apple, Kobo, etc. and will remain so. Bonus books and guides may be exclusive to our online shop.
But your audiobooks aren’t on Audible!
Audible, unfortunately, has pay rates for authors and narrators which are untenable – only cents per book. Our audiobooks are available from our shop, and various other retailers.
How do preorders work?
When you purchase a preorder, you are charged immediately for it. On release day, if you bought the ebook, BookFunnel will send you an email to download the book, and if you purchased a paperback, it will be printed and posted automatically, also on release day.
